Good quality, delivery could be faster

Ordered a Foot Drop Splint from Tynor Australia last week and it arrived today. The quality of the splint itself is really impressive, feels sturdy and well-made, comparable to some of the Bauerfeind items I've seen. I was a bit unsure if they shipped from Australia, but it definitely came from here which is a plus for quick (ish) delivery. The only minor nitpick is that it took a few days longer than I expected for something shipping domestically. No real public coupons, but I understand they focus more on NDIS claims.

Reliable for mobility aids

I've purchased from Tynor Australia a few times now, mainly mobility aids for my dad. This time I got him the Quadripod, and like previous orders (a Walking Frame last year), it arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Their products are consistent; good quality, sturdy, and reliable. It's why I keep coming back. Never had an issue with an order.

Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered a Lumbar Lacepull Brace from Tynor Australia. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I found the sizing guide really helpful. It shipped pretty fast, arrived in about 4 business days. The brace itself is well-made and provides good support without being too bulky. I've been wearing it for a week now, and it's comfortable for extended periods. Overall, a positive experience, I'd say.

So happy with my purchase!

I got the Electric Wheelchair and it's just amazing! It arrived so quickly, even earlier than I expected, and it was packed really well. Setting it up was simple. The quality is fantastic, it's so smooth to operate and really comfortable. This has made such a difference for me. I'm telling everyone I know about Tynor Australia, seriously, you guys are great!

Decent back support

Got a Back Support Belt for my dad. It seemed like a good price. It got here pretty fast. He said it feels okay, gives him some relief. Nothing fancy but it does the job. Would probably buy from them again if we needed something similar.

Good value on Compression Stockings

I was looking for some decent Compression Stockings and found Tynor Australia. I checked out a few places, but their prices seemed pretty competitive, especially since I qualified for the free shipping over $100. The stockings themselves are good quality for the price I paid, and they've held up well after a few washes. It felt like a good deal overall, definitely worth the purchase. I'd consider buying from them again if I need anything else.

Hinged Knee Support works well

I ordered the Hinged Knee Support after my physio recommended it. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, and I had no issues finding what I needed. Delivery was quicker than I expected, it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. The support itself feels very well-made and sturdy. It's comfortable to wear for extended periods, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my knee stability during walks. Sizing instructions were clear, which helped avoid any returns. I haven't needed to contact customer support, which I guess is a good sign, everything just worked as it should. Overall, a positive experience and a quality product.

Good value for a knee brace

I needed a new Hinged Knee Support and was looking for something affordable. Tynor Australia had a good price, especially compared to some other brands I checked out. I was glad to see they offered free shipping since my order was over $100, which saved me a bit more. The brace fits well and seems sturdy enough. It felt like a solid purchase for the money.

Decent Shoulder Immobilizer, slight delay

I bought a Shoulder Immobilizer after an injury. The product itself is quite good; it provides firm support and was comfortable enough for daily wear. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. Shipping took a little longer than the estimated time, about two extra days, which was a minor inconvenience but not a huge deal in the grand scheme. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. I also found the sizing guide a bit vague for this particular item, which made me hesitate during selection. All in all, a solid product and service, but a small improvement in shipping consistency and sizing clarity would make it even better.

Hey guys, thinking of getting the hinged knee support. How's the sizing run for these? Don't wanna order the wrong one.

G Gwen A. 3 months ago
I found their size chart pretty accurate, just measure like they say. Mine fit perfectly first try.

Are Tynor products actually TGA approved here in Aus? Just want to make sure they're legit for medical use.

N Noor C. 2 months ago
Yep, they are. Saw it on their site or in an FAQ somewhere, all good for Aussie standards.

I think so, my physio recommended them and she's usually pretty strict about what she suggests.

Does anyone know if you can stack coupon codes? Got a first order discount but wondering if I can add another.

I Ivy 1 month ago
Nah, usually it's just one code per order. Most of their bigger savings are through NDIS or clinic accounts anyway.

Pretty sure most online stores only let you use one at a time. I've never seen two work together on Tynor.

Are returns a pain if something doesn't fit or if I change my mind? Thinking of ordering a few things.

M Megan 2 months ago
Returns were pretty easy for me last month. Just had to make sure it was unused and in its original packaging.

I think they have a 30-day policy for most items, but check the specifics for medical stuff. Usually no issues if it's not opened.

Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes to Perth? Need a back support pretty quick.

A Anna Nguyen 2 months ago
From my experience, usually 3-5 business days for major cities. Perth might be on the longer end of that range though.

I'm in WA too, usually got stuff in about a week. It depends if they have it in stock locally or if it's coming from further east.
